Francisco Andres Lucio (born January 26, 1973), better known by his stage name Frankie Biggz, is an American record producer, singer-songwriter, musician and DJ. Frankie Biggz's first credit production work was in 1990 on ''Miguel Tomas'' (Warner Bros., 1992)〔Allmusic.com ("Miguel Tomas: Discography" )〕 for his Latin-R&B singer and brother Miguel Tomas.
